FGG(Fibrinogen Gamma Chain)是纤维蛋白原的γ亚基基因,属于纤维蛋白原基因家族(FGA、FGB、FGG)。纤维蛋白原是一种由肝脏合成的血浆糖蛋白,在凝血过程中发挥核心作用。FGG基因编码的γ链与α链(FGA)和β链(FGB)共同组成纤维蛋白原六聚体,在止血、血栓形成、伤口愈合和炎症反应中起关键作用。纤维蛋白原在凝血酶作用下转化为纤维蛋白,形成凝块网络以止血。FGG基因突变可能导致纤维蛋白原缺乏症(低纤维蛋白原血症或无纤维蛋白原血症)或异常纤维蛋白原血症,表现为出血倾向或血栓形成风险增加。例如,FGG的R275C突变与异常纤维蛋白原血症相关,影响纤维蛋白聚合。FGG过表达可能增加血栓风险,因其促进纤维蛋白形成;而表达降低则可能导致出血倾向。FGG还参与细胞粘附、迁移和炎症反应,其表达水平变化可能影响这些过程。纤维蛋白原基因家族的共性包括编码纤维蛋白原的不同亚基,共同参与凝血级联反应和细胞外基质功能。FGG的变异与动脉粥样硬化、深静脉血栓等疾病相关,其表达水平可作为心血管疾病的生物标志物。
