CHRM3(胆碱能受体毒蕈碱3)属于毒蕈碱乙酰胆碱受体家族(M受体家族),该家族包含五种亚型(M1-M5),均为G蛋白偶联受体,通过结合乙酰胆碱介导副交感神经系统的信号传递。CHRM3主要分布于平滑肌(如膀胱、胃肠道、支气管)、外分泌腺(如唾液腺、汗腺)及中枢神经系统,其激活后通过Gq蛋白通路触发磷脂酶C(PLC)介导的细胞内钙释放,导致平滑肌收缩和腺体分泌增加。该基因的突变可能导致膀胱过度活动症(表现为尿频、尿急)、干燥综合征(唾液分泌减少)或支气管收缩(如哮喘加重)。CHRM3过表达会增强平滑肌收缩反应,引发排尿功能障碍或肠易激综合征;而表达降低则可能导致胃肠动力不足或分泌减少。在阿尔茨海默病中,中枢CHRM3表达下降与认知功能减退相关,因其参与记忆相关的胆碱能神经传递。药物方面,CHRM3拮抗剂(如达非那新)用于治疗膀胱过度活动症,但可能引发口干等副作用。该基因家族共性包括:七次跨膜结构、偶联G蛋白(M1/M3/M5为Gq型,M2/M4为Gi型)及调控离子通道/第二信使。

The muscarinic cholinergic receptors belong to a larger family of G protein-coupled receptors. The functional diversity of these receptors is defined by the binding of acetylcholine and includes cellular responses such as adenylate cyclase inhibition, phosphoinositide degeneration, and potassium channel mediation. Muscarinic receptors influence many effects of acetylcholine in the central and peripheral nervous system.
