CD79A基因(也称为免疫球蛋白相关α或Ig-α)是B细胞受体(BCR)复合体的关键组成部分,属于CD79基因家族,该家族还包括CD79B(Ig-β)。CD79A和CD79B共同形成异源二聚体,负责将BCR的信号从细胞膜传递到细胞内,激活下游信号通路(如SYK、BTK等),从而调控B细胞的发育、活化和免疫应答。CD79A的胞内段含有免疫受体酪氨酸激活基序(ITAM),当BCR结合抗原时,ITAM被磷酸化并招募信号分子,启动B细胞的增殖和分化。CD79A主要在B细胞中表达,是B细胞功能的核心调控因子。若CD79A发生突变(如错义突变或缺失),可能导致信号传导障碍,引发免疫缺陷疾病(如无丙种球蛋白血症)或B细胞发育异常。某些B细胞恶性肿瘤(如弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤,DLBCL)中可见CD79A突变或表达异常,可能与肿瘤的免疫逃逸或耐药性相关。CD79A过表达可能增强BCR信号,导致B细胞过度活化,与自身免疫疾病(如系统性红斑狼疮)相关;而表达降低会削弱B细胞功能,增加感染风险。CD79基因家族的共性是通过与BCR结合参与适应性免疫应答,且成员均含有ITAM结构域。目前中文术语“CD79A”和“Ig-α”均常用,但需注意后者易与免疫球蛋白轻链混淆。

The B lymphocyte antigen receptor is a multimeric complex that includes the antigen-specific component, surface immunoglobulin (Ig). Surface Ig non-covalently associates with two other proteins, Ig-alpha and Ig-beta, which are necessary for expression and function of the B-cell antigen receptor. This gene encodes the Ig-alpha protein of the B-cell antigen component. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been described. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008]
