摘要:: Prognostic factors of uterine cervical cancer, endometrial cancer and ovarian cancer were discussed. Among various prognostic factors, clinical stage had the most meaningful label. The prognosis for adenocarcinoma of the uterine cervix is poorer than for epidermoid carcinoma. In endometrial cancer, poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma showed a worse prognosis than well-differentiated adenocarcinoma. One of the most vexing problems in ovarian cancer is that, at the time when a diagnosis of ovarian cancer is made, about 60% of these cases have already spread intraperitoneally and remain no longer suitable for complete resection.
