摘要:: The dynamic interaction between cancer cells and immune cells is a critical concern for developing effective tumor immunotherapies. In a recent issue of Nature Cell Biology, Zhou et al. (2015) report that glioma stem cells secrete Periostin (POSTN), which recruits tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs) and supports the tumor-promoting M2 subtype.
