摘要:: This issue of Cancer Biology is focused on inherited cancer. In this short introduction to the topic we give a brief overview and list genes and the corresponding inherited cancer syndromes. We discuss the basic mechanisms of inherited cancer and the clinical implication of predictive genetic testing for cancer.
