iPS cell derived neural stem cells and differentiated cells from one healthy individual and one indivudal carrying NRXN1-a biallelic deletion investigated with single cell RNA-sequencing. Celltype characterization and comparison revealed variations between stem cell identity and in cell differentiation outcome across the two individuals.
