摘要:: comparisons between wild type, Hesx1Cre/+;Ctnnb1GOF/+ and Hesx1Cre/+;Ctnnb1GOF/+;Rosa26Hesx1/+ 17.5 dpc pituitaries. RNA was extracted from anterior posterior and intermediate lobes using the RNeasy micro kit (Qiagen) with on-column DNaseI digestion. RNA was labeled using the Affymetrix two-cycle labeling protocol and hybridised to MOE430 2.0 arrays.
