摘要:: The majority of SRp38 homozygous mutants survived only until E15.5 and displayed multiple cardiac defects. To identify genes regulated by SRp38 that might be responsible for the abnormalities in the SRp38(-/-) heart, we performed microarray analysis using ventricular RNAs extracted from SRp38(-/-) and wild-type embryos E14.5.
