摘要:: to investigate the RA regulated genes in 2 dpp thy1+ gonocytes Experiment Overall Design: gonocytes were isolated from 2 dpp mouse testes by THY1+ MACS sorting and cultured without serum, growth factors and feeder cells for 8hr, with either vehicle ethanol or RA (100 nM). Two control and two RA treated samples were included.
