Transcriptome profiling of influenza virus-infected human bronchial epithelial cells

We report the whole genome sequencing of human bronchial cells infected with influenza A (PR/8/34) for 8 or 24 h. Examination influenza virus-specific human gene profiling at early or late stage of viral infection.
